Do you have a question or concern regarding your order? Please review the FAQs below to find an answer. If your question or issue cannot be resolved below please complete our contact form and someone will respond within 48 hours. 

Returns:

We do not accept returns for any reason, but if your items arrives damaged or has a quality issue we are glad to offer a replacement at no-cost to you. Please send an email to info@bowling-geek.com with your order # and pictures of the damaged item within 7 days of receipt. 

You can always contact us for any return, refund or exchange questions not answered here at info@bowling-geek.com.

Damages and issues: 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: 
If your item is accepted you will receive an email response with the next steps. 

Can I update my address on an order: 
Once your order has been placed please let us know if your shipping information is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes to confirmed orders. 

What happens if I need a size that's not offered: 
While all items available are listed you can submit an item request via email. 

Shipping: 
There is a processing time of up to 72 hours. Depending on the size of your order your order will ship within 7-10 business days. If you do not receive shipping information within this timeframe feel free to contact us with your order number.
